  • Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is:

  • Received and inspected
  • Found to be unused, undamaged, and with tags intact

Can I get a refund for sale items?
Only defective final sale or custom items are eligible for a refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, Highcruises covers all return costs. Otherwise, customers handle the return shipping fee.
