- Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is:
- Received and inspected
- Found to be unused, undamaged, and with tags intact

Only defective final sale or custom items are eligible for a refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, Highcruises covers all return costs. Otherwise, customers handle the return shipping fee.
