You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition for Return
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All tags must remain attached.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved.
Exchanges
We only exchange defective or incorrect items.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
How to Request a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Screenshot of your order confirmation
- Attach photos or a short video if the item is damaged or defective.
- Ship the item to the address we provide.
- Once we receive it, we’ll inspect it within 72 hours and confirm your return status.
Notes
- Final sale and custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Providing clear photos or videos of any defect will help us approve your return faster.
